- Read minutes from 9-22-16; amend and or approve.
- Minutes accepted as presented
- Review last changes and additions to proposed zoning bylaw changes for Multi family dwellings.
- All changes look good as agreed upon. Will need to follow up on the applicability with respect to a two family unit.
- Reports/concerns from board members.
- Brief discussion of the Lake Garfield district.
- Discussion on sign section of the bylaw
- Recommend changing in 6.2.7.3 changing 14 to 30 days and in 6.2.7.4 changing 14 to 30
- Discussion on what the next effort of the planning board should be.
- Open mail.
- Special permit applications approved in Great Barrington
- South Street multi family
- Fence within the setback
