Planning Board meeting minutes for Thursday September 8, 2016

II. The minutes from 8-25-16 were approved as written.

III. The board reviewed changes to multi family dwelling bylaw.
1. A definition of PDU needs to be added
2. The board agreed to most recent draft of the bylaw changes that were discussed at the 8-25-16 meeting. Motion to accept the changes of August 25, 2016; all in favor.
3. The next step is to hold a public hearing to prepare the proposal for a town meeting

IV. Definition of PDU -
1. Insert in PG 55 under definition of Dwelling unit single family, change the insert PDU (primary dwelling unit)~ in place of primary dwelling unit.
