1.~~~~ All parties were provided with a copy of the bylaw proposal. Enoch asked if anyone required a reading aloud of the bylaw? Everyone having said, No, Klein made a motion to waive the reading of the bylaw, seconded by Leonard and unanimously approved.

4.~~~~ Bylaw as written was voted and unanimously approved to present at the Annual Town Meeting on May 7, 2016.

5.~~~~ Review other sections of the zoning bylaws that will need to be changed if SDU is approved.
1.~~~~ Discussion on two and multi family PDU and the required changes in the existing bylaws.
2.~~~~ A presentation of the four types of scenario's would be helpful at the public meeting
a.~~~~~ Single PDU on 2 AC and 200'
b.~~~~ Single PDU and Single SDU on 2AC and 200'
c.~~~~~ Two PDU on 5 ac and 300'
d.~~~~ 3-6 PDU on 5 ac and 300' plus 100' per additional dwelling over
3.~~~~ Reviewed which changes are due to the SDU Bylaw and which changes need to be presented regardless of whether the SDU is approved.
4.~~~~ A second draft will be published for a floor amendment if the SDU does not pass
5.~~~~ Board will publish an article in the Monterey News to help clarify the SDU and the housekeeping required in the Bylaw.
