a.  Hume New England
  • Parking for new Dorm
  • Asking for a variance since the occupants are not there all the time
  • Need to get occupancy limit for the building from the Building Commissioner.
  • Operation will be year round at this time.

a.  Mickey Jervas – More thoughts on the proposed ADU bylaw presented in a letter and discussion.
b.  Mickey does not like the idea of a separate unit being allowed as an ADU.  Mickey gave a letter to the Board Dated 4/23/15.
c.  Feels that a 1000 sq ft secondary unit detached creates 1 acre zoning.

6.  Review finding for special permit application Rodriguez/Salomon.

7.  ADU update
a.  Discussion on the size of the unit and the accommodations of handicapped person
b.  Does the Building code have minimum’s for (kitchen/bath/bedroom)
c.  Continue to consider open issues
