Planning Board minutes for Thursday November 14, 2013
The meeting was opened at 7:10 p.m.
Members present: Alan Salamon, Larry Klein, Roger Tryon, and Maggie Leonard co-chair.
Public present: Tom Sawyer, a Monterey resident possibly interested in filling a vacancy on the board, and Mike Parsons a surveyor from Kelly, Granger & Parsons.
Parsons presented a Form A plan to the board for the property of Alice M. Hanlon 2003 Revocable Trust on the easterly side of Mount Hunger Rd. The plan divides the property into two lots: Lot 1 is 193.682 acres with frontage that meets and/or exceeds zoning minimums; and Lot 2, containing a single family dwelling and outbuilding, is 6.178 acres and also meets or exceeds zoning minimums for frontage.
There was not a quorum of members who had attended the prior meeting(s) and therefore no minutes were approved.
The board reviewed the solar bylaw that will be on the warrant at the special town meeting on Friday December 6, 2013.
Regarding the moratorium on medical marijuana clinics; Salamon reported that he emailed the Attorney General’s Office regarding the length of time, 17 months, that we are requesting and no reply was forthcoming.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
