August 27, 2009 Planning Board Meeting minutes
Members Present: Steve, Alan, Larry and Bridget
Public Present: Peter Valianos
- Cindy Hoogs resigned from the Planning Board affective August 22, 2009. This results in two current openings on the board.
- Maggie will be back for both September meetings
- Peter Valianos submitted a petition for a variance on behalf of Mr. and Mrs. Stencil. The current garage is non-conforming as a result of being too close to the setback. Mr. Valianos will return on September 24th when all five members are expected to be present.
- Mail was opened.
- The board discussed holding meetings via a conference call. Bridget will check with Linda Thorpe the town clerk to see if she knows of the legalities behind this.
