Planning Board Meeting Minutes May 28th 2009
To order: 7:00PM
Members Present: Cindy, Alan, Steve, Maggie and Bridget
- Subdivision hearing was continued until June 11th at 7:15PM.
- Hill Engineers submitted their report. The board briefly discussed it.
- Mail opened: Dock permit, a letter from the Pine Brook Lake road home owners association expressing their concerns over the proposed development project on West Road.
- Previous meeting minutes were approves as amended.
- It was suggested that the board make a formal statement to the Select board regarding a Master Plan. The board felt that cleaning up and updating the bylaws would be a better use of time. Maggie agreed to draft a letter.
