April 29th 2009 Planning Board meeting minutes
Members Present: Brian; co-chair, Cindy; co-chair, Maggie, Larry, Steve and Bridget
To order: 7:05
- Tonight is Brian’s last meeting. The board thanks him for all his time that he put in.
- Steve suggested that we make a site visit to the subdivision project. The board agreed to do it after the May 14th presentation.
- The board also discussed hiring an engineer to go over the plans with the board. Mr. Hellman was informed and the property owner will put the money aside.
- Mail was opened: dock application, office of disabilities conference notice, 40B innovative design conference notice and the Berkshire Regional Planning meeting minutes
- Previous meeting minutes- March 12th approved as amended, March 26th approved, April 9th approved.
Meeting adjourned: 7:35 p.m.
