Reviewed Special Permit application for Leavy, 40 Beartown Mountain Road. Non-conforming as to setbacks, lot size and frontage. No increase in the foot print of the building. Roof to be raised three feet, but still well below the 35 foot maximum.
Cindy to write recommendation to ZBA meeting for August 8, 2007. Steve made motion for favorable recommendation, Laurily second, all in favor
Janet showed the board an assessor’smap showing land that is public land, conservation restricted land, and land in chapter 61.
We want to advertise for a new secretary. Brian will put an ad in the Monterey News and Shopper’s Guide.
