Minutes of November 7th, 2018.
The meeting convened at 6 pm. Attending: Julio Rodriguez, Peter Poirier, Ilene Marcus.
1. Discussed the budget for next year and expenses needed.
2. Julio advised of Michael moving and need for new members.
3. Town Report is due and will be prepared by Peter.
4. Signs for the Beach- Kayak stands and the Fire House Ice Rink were approved. Ilene will proceed to get the signs made.
5. Skating rink preparations were discussed and agreed to. Peter is managing this.
6. The Basketball Court has reopened is operating as usual.
The next meeting is scheduled for December 5th, 6pm.
