Minutes for August approved as written
There was no meeting in September due to the lack of a quorum
Hockey- Saturday 10/15 8AM-Noon, Dan Breton to replace 7 panels for the skating rink. Volunteers will assist.
Rink set up will be Saturday 11/19, 9:30AM. Peter to order extra screws.
Halloween- Ed the Wizard $450 4:30-5:30 PM Trick or treating 5-7PM
Lake working group- The Parks Commission will not participate because it is not our jurisdiction.
Basketball Court- Robert Kaplan, 151 Hupi Road sent an e-mail to Kelly. Problems: 1-Surface of the court is a problem (tiles come apart) 2-Tiles move as players move: 3- surface is slick when wet: 4- Court area too small
Mr. Kaplan’s suggestions: 1-remove tiles, 2- Paint new lines on asphalt to make court bigger, 3- move benches out of court area 4- New sign with the same logo hung on fence.
Board agrees with removing tiles and repainting lines. Kelly to contact Jamie’s court people to see if they agree.
