We went over the weather policy
Julio will ask the Fire Department if we can use the pavilion as a weather back-up
Gary to Purchase Bug spray 3
Julio to purchase water and ice
Angelica to pick-up generator
Gary to bring: Candy, Table, Tickets, Lantern,
Peter to bring trash bins.
Julio is the Contact Person who will make the decision regarding rain.
Beach:
Gary purchased TP for the porta-potty
Kayak racks are in- all 12 slots are taken
There is a new Picnic table at the beach.
Playground
Angelica called Berkshire Fence- they only do home playground installation, not municipal. Bluegrass Playgrounds.com: 6 seats cost $1934, 8 seats cost $2400. Creative Playthings is also an option.
We will discuss the issue with Kelly when she returns.
