Playground:
Swings are a safety issue
Sandisfield Fencing to be contacted by Angelica
Carol Husten passed away this year Party 8/6/16 4-8:30 PM
They will bag their trash and take it with them
They will rent tents
The family would like to donate a picnic table in her honor with a plaque
Beach
Swim lessons- Kelly asked Berkshire South to send names for a swim instructor
Lifeguards will start Saturday 6/18 and 6/19
Then will open full time beginning 6/25 for the summer. We will buy plastic chairs for the beach patrons to use. Kelly will inform the parks commission when we will be meeting with the Lifeguards,
Film night
Julio to contact the same company. Madagascar will be the film.
Kelly to do write-up for Monterey news and Get posters made up
Julio to buy candy at Costco.
Kayak racks
Racks will be placed across the road from the beach.
A dolly will be available to beach patrons to help them transport their kayaks across the street during lifeguard hours.
The 12 available spaces will be used on a first come, first served basis.
Patrons may lock their kayaks to the rack if they wish.]
The rack is there for the patrons convenience. The towns assumes no responsibility for any damage.
