Minutes for May were approved as written
Lifeguards/ Beach:
– Schedule set
– Josh put up Fence on the right.
– Shrubs must be trimmed because they are in the phone/electric wires. The work will be done by John Field.
– Rules for Beach were reviewed.
– Selectmen want Kayak/Canoe Rack. Next to Brewer's pond. Parks will provide the Rack. There will be a Fee and a contract.
– Swim lessons in August by Anna
L:awns
– Having trouble w/ Gary O'Brien's work. He did not complete work on the ball field.
AED
_ We need need electricity to the shed for the AED
Movie Night
– Parks Commission needs to provide a generator, Music CD's and the DVD
– Drinks and Candy to be purchased
– August 1, 2015 7:45
– In July duties will be divided among members of the Parks Commission.
– The movie will be.... Planes: Fire and Rescue
Volunteers
– Volunteers from Hume will be used for cleaning the Brewer Pond Trail, and repairing the
Boards at the Skating Rink.
