Minutes from the 8/7/13 were approved as written
Park
- Area to be marked so public can understand where things will go.
- Need conservation Commission, and wetlands OK
- $3,800 needed for Topographic Survey, Wetlands approval, boundaries and construction estimate
- Next meeting 10/16/13
- Chris Tryon will present the project at the 10/16/13 meeting.
Beach
- If we want, we can limit swimmers to Monterey Residents.
- Josh to send a letter to camps detailing the rules they must follow
- We need someone to pick up the trash
Greene Park Spraying
- Put a bag in the recycling to catch the sugar
- Have Gary O’Brien remove and replace the mulch
Halloween
- Mark has hired someone to entertain at the party
- Parks commission will pay for the entertainment
- Josh to buy candy for the party
- Hours - Same as last year.
