Rink Breakdown
- Gary to bring Coffee and Munchkins for the workers on Saturday April 13th.
Bidwell House Meeting
- March 23rd. Gary represented the Parks Commission
Porta potty
- Josh to order Porta-potty’s for Green Park for mid-month
- Porta potty for Town beach will be in by Memorial Day (5/25)
Beach
- Josh has been in touch with the potential lifeguards. We should be all set for lifeguards.
- May 1, 2013 will be the meeting where we meet with the lifeguards
- Zach Clement will have the contract to remove trash from the beach 2 times a week at Green Park and the Beach.
- Beach will open on the weekend 6/15 and 16. The beach will be open 7 days a week beginning 6/21.
Ball field
- Rick Mielke will make sure the field is ready for opening day.
Lawn Mowing
- Invitation to bid on Lawn mowing contract will go out by the end of the month. Josh will give the notice to Melissa to put in the newspapers. The decision will be made at the June 5th Parks Meeting.
Movie Night
- Movie Night Saturday August 3rd.
