Minutes for the July meeting were approved as written
Beach:
- Josh to talk to Darryl about Lifeguards following beach rules
- Question about cars parked on Tyringham Road Blocking Access to beach
Movie Night:
- Currently have : Tickets, 2 large tables, coolers,
- Need: Bug spray, Garbage Cans and garbage bags, Josh to go to BJ’s to pick up water, soda and candy, flashlights/lantern
- Set-up will be at 6:30
- Angelica to take photos for the Monterey News
Benches:
- Josh to send Ira Transport the websites for benches.
Montereyfest
- Proceeding as planned
- Gary to attend Montereyfest Committee meeting Saturday 8/11 9:00 AM
