Minutes from the June meeting were approved as written
Beach
- Porta-potty scheduled to be cleaned 2x weekly
- Josh to purchase trash can for diapers etc. in porta-potty
- Josh will get some kind of deodorant to be placed in porta-potty
- Bettina to put up signs (no diapers) in Porta-potty
Movie
- Josh purchased signs for the beach etc.
- Bettina to pick the signs up and place them
- Needed: coolers, ice ,water, flashlights, bug spray, trash cans
- Josh to buy diet cola, cola, candy ,at Costco
- Gary to provide 2 large tables and tickets
Montereyfest
- Police are set for fireworks
- Extra lifeguard will be on from 2-6
Benches
- We can’t find a quality bench for the $500.00 Ira Foundation is willing to donate for the bench at the beach. Angelica to follow up about preformed concrete benches.
