Minutes for the 4/12 meeting were approved as written
Beach
- Emily and Alyssa to work Saturdays
- Darryl will be Head Lifeguard
- Opening day at the beach 6/15
- Porta- potty will be cleaned 2x weekly
- Darryl to make up schedule
- Swim Lessons- To be scheduled
- Zach from the Town Transfer Station will remove Trash from beach, and Greene Park.
- Josh sent letter to Berkshire Envirolab. They will test beach water.
Movie
- ET, The Wizard of OZ, Despicable me, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Over the Hedge- Votes will be tallied by 6/15
Montereyfest
- 8/18 Josh spoke to Police, he will talk with the Fire Dept.
Greene Park
- Infield will be re-sanded
- First and 3rd base line to be re-sodded
- Hole in Basketball Court fixed.
