July minutes approved as written
Movie Night:
- Movie night on Saturday- The Princess Bride
- Josh and Emily bought soda, water and candy
- Gary to bring 2 tables, Emily to bring 1 Table
- Emily to make “Trash” and “Recycling” signs
- Gary to bring 1 Trash Can, Josh to bring 3
- Parks Commission members should get to the field at 7:00PM
- Bring Flashlights
- Gary to man the candy and soda table
- Gary will bring tickets
- 2 tickets per person, each person can get 1 item with each ticket
- Bettina and Gary to bring large jars.
Beach Issues:
- Beach needs to be groomed every morning
- Porta potty now cleaned twice a week
- Emily to make a sign saying “Please, No diapers in toilet”
- Picnic tables have been put together.
