Monterey Parks Commission

The December minutes were approved as written.
Membership
- Emily volunteered to be part of the Parks Commission. All members of the Parks Commission approved. Josh to present this to the Selectboard.
Mass Ethics Commission
- Jessica gave a copy of her Ethics Form to Linda T.
Greene Park
- Josh will order 4 picnic tables. They will be ordered this winter and be put in place for the summer of 2011.
- New Bark Mulch was put in under the swings.
Skating rink
- Police will check the skating rink for people who are skating when the ice is not ready. This destroys the ice.
- Skating Party-2/21 1-3 PM Food and Music- Jessica will order food. Mike Johnson Will bring the music.
- We will be considering a 3 Man Cardboard Classic toboggan run- Behind pavilion. Josh will talk to Selectboard. We need a judge. It could be named after Leroy Thorpe.
Lake
- Emily Shaw is willing to come in for 4 hours to train the next Head Lifeguard if she is available. The Commission approved.
Budget
- Josh will submit the same Budget request for next year t to the Selectboard for the Parks Commission.
