The September minutes were approved as written.
Dog Park
- Dogs will be allowed at the Mclaughin- Wilson Property
- Gary will write an email to the Selectboard via Melissa explaining this
Mass Ethics Commission
- Parks Commission Members must complete forms, print them, and send them to the Town Clerk.
- Mass.gov/online training, and implementation procedures
- Gary completed the form and submitted it to Linda Thorpe.
- Bettina thinks she completed the form, she will check with Linda.
- Jessica will print out a copy of her form and give it to Linda
- Josh will take the test and send the form to Linda
Beach Issues:
- The Ropes have been taken down
Greene Park
- Rick Mielke to repair swings in Greene Park. The equipment has been delivered to Town Hall.
- Rick will replace the Bark Mulch under the swings by the Spring of 2011
- Bettina to measure end caps for benches at the park and call to order them.
- Josh will order 4 picnic tables. They will be ordered this winter and be put in place for the summer of 2011.
Halloween
- 4:30 Library Halloween performance. Sponsored by the Parks Commission.
- 5:30- 7:00 Trick or Treating.
- Josh will purchase candy
- Gary has leftover candy and water from film night. He will bring it for after the entertainment.
Skating rink
- Saturday 11/27 will be rink set-up day.
- Josh will email Will Marsh about putting a notice in the Monterey News
- Jessica will ask Ken to supply the coffee and donuts at 10AM for the volunteers
- Skating schedule will be the same as Last Year.
