Present: Gary Shaw, Josh Allentuck, Bettina Schwartz, Emily Shaw, Gabe Ibenez,
Kelly Funk, Bridget Krans
Swim Lessons:
- Swim Lessons: July 5-9, August 2-6
- Bridget Krans will teach the lessons
- 3 Groups, up to15 students per Group
- $4 Per student, $20 max per family
- Children must be able to get into the water without their parents
Lifeguards:
- Emily will work with the lifeguards to establish a schedule
- Josh will get w-4’s and time sheets for Emily
Other Beach Issues:
- Changing rooms- will not be built
- Handicapped Porta-potty to be delivered
- New fencing to be completed by 6/19
- Josh ordered 3 new picnic tables to be place3d at the town beach
- Tables from the beach to be relocated to the dam
Movie Night:
- Possible Dates: 8/7, 8/14…Rain Dates 8/21, 8/28
Lawn Mowing Bids:
- 3 Bidders: Rick Mielke, Bogart Muller DBA RSE, Gary O’Brien
- Gary O’Brien’s bid was not considered due to the lack of supporting materials that the Parks Commission mandated to be included with the bid.
- The contract was awarded to Rick Mielke
