Beach phone:
Phone Work order number C5MN8089. With this they take off all calling but 911 and local.
Should we get a 911 only phone and leave regular phone in shed? The same one that is being put into town hall. Cost is $375.00 plus monthly base line fee. Yes. When do we put it in? More discussion is needed.
Halloween:
The parks commission is having a Halloween parade on Sat. Oct. 31, at 3:00. Beginning at the park and ending at the church basement. Treats will be provided. Children should dress in costume. Parade events are weather permitting. Trick or treat hours are 4-6.
Bridget will make signs and Dianna will call the basement.
Garbage pick up is now being done by Sam Corbin at $15.00 per hour.
New swimming ropes will be needed for next year.
Mowing contract will be up in June. Bids will need to go out. Bridget will check with LeRoy about how this is done.
Ice Rink. Mark Makuc will continue to be the primary ice maker. The parks commission would like to give him gift certificates. Valerie will call Steve Graves to see if he would organize “the hockey guys” to put up the rink and she will call Ken for coffee and doughnuts.
The window needs to get fixed. Josh will call the glass shop.
Valerie will look into getting more soft pucks.
