Parks Commission Minutes June 3, 2009
In attendance: Bridget Krans, Josh Alentuck, Gary Shaw, Diana Piepho
Met with lifeguards and possible substitutes to go over regulations and what is expected of them. Guards filled out paperwork and handed in required and up to date certifications.
Discussed schedule for lifeguards and Emily will finalize it.
Discussed swimming lessons and left decision of dates with Bridget. Cost will remain $5.00 per child for the week.
Talked of the ropes change at the boat dock and Josh will figure out how to secure it safely.
Discussed changing room fence and who we will find as a consistent ‘handy man’ since Josh cannot do the work.
Diana will order sand for the beach.
