Parks Commission Meeting Minutes: November 5th 2008
Members present: Chair- Leroy; Valerie and Bridget
- There was no quorum for September or October.
- Meeting minutes were discussed and it was decided that we would be diligent from this point forward on taking minutes and rotating who types them up and submits them.
- Leroy is currently working on the town report.
- Leroy is going to make copies of the ice rink keys for the volunteers
- David wanted to use the town account for supplies for the job he is doing. This was not allowed. He is working on the rink this week. Steve Graves is trying to organize help to put the ice rink together.
- We don’t have a contract yet with the F.D. yet but Maynard gave the go ahead.
- The Halloween harvest party was a great success.
- The ice rink schedule will remain the same as the previous season.
- A new sign will be made for when it is OK to go onto the ice.
- The board agreed to be co-sponsors for the Coffee club Christmas party December 21st at 1:30pm.
