*NEXT MEETING WEDNESDAY APRIL 7, 2004, 9AM TOWN HALL

1. SKATING PARTY
We had over 47 children on the February 29th party, about 65 total including adults
The party itself cost just under $100
Huge success, we’ll do it again
2. ICE SKATING LESSONS
We paid the So. Berkshire YMCA $30 each for 7 children for ice skating lessons, at a total cost of $240. For next year we’ll discuss how to do this and if we want to do it again.
3. RAFT
Bonnie Jurgenson is getting information on Raft and there will be special article on the warrant for May’s meeting to get the money, roughly $2,000
4. MOWING BIDS
These to go out via Bonnie, per the bid letter that Leroy passed out. We are asking
for three (3) year bids this time, instead of one. Bids due on Wed. May 5th at 9:00 am
and will be opened on Wed. May 5th at 9;30 am.
5. LIFEGUARDS
David Crane has contacted them, to be discussed further in April.
6. PLAYGROUND
To be discussed later in the spring/summer
7. BALLFIELD
Didrt in the field is ready for baseball and softball, Needs to be in by mid-April,
Jim & Leroy to ask Perry if he can do it. Practice begins in mid-April, games start at the end of April
8. BASKETBALL / SOFTBALL
Talk of having some sort of ‘kick off spring/summer season’ with a tournament
9. BUDGET
We requested $35,000, instead of $22,500
