Minutes of September 9, 2018 – FINAL
The meeting convened at 10:10. Present Were: Kay Purcell, Kyle Pierce, Norma Champigny, Ruth Champigny, Roz Halberstadter.
K report on statistics for 2017. There were some discrepancies with the account and K will reconcile.
Discussed line dancing promotion for 9/22
Linda Hamill is the secretary to the assessors and she is at Town Hall Wednesday eve and Saturday am and she is in charge of the work-off form tax abatement form.
Cynthia Weber is our rep for SBETC Southern Berkshire Elderly Transportation Corporation.
Melissa is supposed to do procurement and Kyle will check.
