Minutes of September 26, 2016
The meeting opened at 10 am with N. Champigny, R. Champigny, K. Purcell, and J.Rodriguez present. L.Hebert was absent. J. Hayes called to be excused.
Health Fair J.R. reported the Select Board approved the sign placement and he’s begun posting them. Several flyers will also be distributed. The firehouse is fine for our use on October 8th. AVADA hearing will be rescheduled in 2017 because of family obligations on October 8th. R.C. will take care of thank you notes to the providers. File of Life cards are available. Refreshments are arranged.
Events R.C. reported on Otis Seniors monthly events for 2016; October 7th, November 16th and December 21st. Also scheduled is a trip to Proctor’s Theater on April 6, 2017 to see “The Sound of Music”.
The meeting was adjourned at 11 am.
