Minutes July 8, 2015
The meeting was opened at 10:05 am. Minutes were accepted as corrected: the proper spelling for Julio’s last name is Rodriguez.
Budget: The 2014/15 budget was used to encourage the activities of town seniors. $1700. – Monterey Community Center audio system $ 330. – 4 additional listening devices
The Pittsfield Suns ball game costs are in the 2015/16 budget. $20. will be held in cash to pay at the gate for any extra people.
Health Fair: J. Rodriguez confirmed the availability of the fire house and ordered promotional materials. Forms for our input and contacts were handed out.
Flexpass: Berkshire Theater Festival, 3 tickets available; Chester Theater, 4 available. The pass is needed to attend. It is being held at town Hall. See Melissa Noe.
Chesterwood: Tour on Wednesday, August 26th, 11 am with Cynthia Weber. Lunch at Michael’s in Stockbridge at 1 pm.
SBETC: The memorandum of agreement had been signed and sent. The transport service is expanding to Pittsfield for medical appointments.
