MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: September 17, 2018
Present: John Makuc, Roy Carwile, Julio Rodriguez and Peter Kolodziej
The meeting began at 4:02pm
- The Board continued discussion on Michael Germain’s request at the last meeting. The Board is not in favor of assisting with any reporting when there aren’t any defined guidelines set by the state.
- The Board reviewed the letter from the ZBA with regard to the requirement to have the applicant hire an engineer for the cell tower special permit application. The Board is in support of the request to have the applicant hire an engineer and suggested that one of the issues they look at would be the stormwater runoff and that the Director of Operations should be required to give his approval on any findings from the consultant.
- The minutes from 8/27/18 were approved.
- The next meeting will be Monday, October 1 at 4pm.
