MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: November 6, 2017
Present: John Makuc and Peter Kolodziej
Also present: Susan Gallant
The meeting began at 4pm
1. Susan Gallant came in to express concerns about a possible bed and breakfast operating at a neighbor’s home at 23 Beartown Mountain Rd without the proper permits and zoning. Peter has made the Building Inspector aware of the items that fall under his jurisdiction. The property has a current title 5 passing inspection. Peter has spoken with the owner and she will be responding to the Board via email. Peter informed her that she will need to test the water to confirm it is a potable source. The Board will follow up on this and report back at the meeting on the 20th.
