MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: October 3, 2016
Present: John Makuc, Roy Carwile, and Peter Kolodziej
Also present: Peter Vallianos
The meeting began at 4:00pm
1. The minutes from 9/19/16 were approved.
2. Peter Vallianos was present to discuss the shared septic and well for the Hebert’s Cove Association. He represents a resident that is selling their property and he wants to know what will be required to be in compliance to sell. Peter noted that the well is no longer classified as a public water supply.
3. The Board discussed hazmat regulations that we do not have adopted that are geared toward water supplies. A copy of regs that have been adopted by other towns was reviewed. The Board will hold a public hearing to adopt the necessary regulations on Monday, November 7th at 4:30pm.
4. Bob Annelli has informed John that he is no longer interested in being the animal inspector. Roy is interested and will speak to Bob about what is involved.
