MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: June 15, 2015
Present: John Makuc, Roy Carwile and Peter Kolodziej
The meeting began at 4pm
1. The minutes from 2/23/15 were approved.
2. The Berkshire Visiting Nurse Association contract renewal was signed.
3. The file for 3 Carl’s Lane was reviewed again, the septic plan was tentatively approved at the February meeting but needed further review.
4. The ZBA application for COP, LLC was discussed.
5. The Board discussed changing the meeting time from the 1st and 3rd Mondays at 4pm to Mondays at 9am or 3pm. After further discussion it was decided to move the meetings to the 1st and 3rd Mondays at 9am.
6. Shawn Tryon came in and stated that there are a few small issues that KSA still needs to address at the camp with the Building Inspector but they are working on it. Peter stated that the lower quarters which have seen chronic dampness is not supposed to be occupied until the Board of Health signs off.
The meeting adjourned at 5pm
