MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: February 23, 2015
Present: John Makuc, and Peter Kolodziej
Also present: Brent White
The meeting began at 4pm
1. The minutes from 12/15/14 were approved.
2. Brent White of White Engineering came in to discuss the new septic plans for 3 Carl’s Lane. There was concern that because this was new construction and within 400 feet of the lake that the system needs to be an alternative system as per our water resource protection regulations. After discussing the issues that this would present for the design it was decided that the current proposed location of the tank and chamber are acceptable providing no other Board members have an issue with the proposal that weren’t here tonight.
3. The Board will meet next on March 2nd at 4pm.
