MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: July 21, 2014
Present: Peter Kolodziej, Robert Annelli and Stephen Enoch arrived late
The meeting began at 4pm
1. Peter Kolodziej and Eric Zahn met regarding 133 Sandisfield Rd. Eric provided the information the Board requested and it was confirmed that there are 2 bedrooms. Peter requested that a sketch showing the location of the septic tank and field be provided to the Board as it was not included in the Title V report.
2. It was confirmed that the food festivities at Montereyfest will need to have a Serv-Safe Certified person to be involved with the oversight, preparation and handling of the food for Montereyfest. M. Noe will notify Pat Edelstein.
3. Peter reviewed the special permit application for 34 Camp Half Moon Road and a letter will be sent to the ZBA notifying them that based on the information provided to date the Board cannot approve the application until the location of all of the septic components and any wells have been identified on the plans.
4. The Board will meet next on August 4th at 4pm.
