MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: November 18, 2013
Present: John Makuc, Robert Annelli, and Peter Kolodziej
Also present: Millie Church
The meeting began at 4pm
1. The minutes from 11/4/13 were approved.
2. Millie Church came in to update the Board on the status of her property. She stated that the realtor Marji West that she had called has declined to work with her so she is back to looking for help to clean up the property and then she will call a realtor to put it on the market. She stated that someone is coming onto her property and dumping out all of the work that she has done and stealing things. She’s contacted the police but they haven’t been able to catch anyone yet. She stated that the person doing this is trying to make it look like bears. Millie has not contacted another realtor yet but would like to have it on the market by the end of December. Millie is working on getting an attorney to help with some things one of which is the property. Millie will
come to the next meeting with the name of an attorney that she has retained and the outside cleaned up.
3. The Board will meet next on December 2nd at 4pm.
