MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: November 4, 2013
Present: John Makuc, Robert Annelli, Stephen Enoch and Peter Kolodziej
Also present: Millie Church
The meeting began at 4pm
1. The minutes from 10/21/13 were approved.
2. Peter updated the Board on some potential upcoming projects he’s received calls about.
3. Millie Church was present to continue the discussion from last month on cleaning up her property on Mt Hunger Rd and getting a realtor to help get it on the market. She is working with Marji West to get the property on the market. Marji was unable to make it to tonight’s meeting but Millie provided her card and suggested that the Board call her if they have any questions or concerns. Millie stated that Ted Warner is going to be helping with the cleanup which she hopes to have done within 30 days at which time she will call Peter for an inspection. She stated that the outside cleanup will be done this week. Peter will contact Marji and update her on the status of the property and what the Board is requiring. Millie will return to the Board next meeting on the
18th with a copy of the signed contract. The Board noted that the realtor can help with the cleanup of the property as part of the contract/selling process.
4. The Board will meet next on November 18th at 4pm.
