MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES

Present: John Makuc, Robert Annelli, Stephen Enoch and Peter Kolodziej
Also present: Cindy Croche and Kim Kelly
The meeting began at 4pm
1. Kim Kelly of BHS and Cindy Croche of the VNA came in at the request of the Board to discuss the results of the needs assessment survey. Kim and Cindy presented ideas on expanding services beyond the health promotion clinic currently offered once a month. See attached presentation packet. VNABHSApril2013.pdf
2. Peter updated the Board on his recent follow up inspection at Gould Farm.
3. The Board will next meet on April 22nd at 4pm as the 15th is a holiday.
The meeting adjourned at 5:30pm
