MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: September 17, 2012
Present: Robert Annelli, John Makuc, and Stephen Enoch
The meeting began at 4pm
1. The Board discussed the results of the provider survey (Part I) regarding the need for a town nurse (which they had taken home to review at the last meeting). M. Noe confirmed that she sent it to Kathie Tryon who had proposed the position of a town nurse but has had no response from her on the results of part I. The Board agreed it would be useful to do a town wide survey to see if the town feels the services of a Town Nurse are needed. The Board agreed to ask Kim Kelly from BHS to the next meeting to learn more about the free programs/services/lectures, etc she mentioned in her survey response that would be beneficial to Monterey.
2. The meeting minutes from August 20, 2012 were approved as written.
3. The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 1, 2012 at 4pm.
