MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: April 4, 2011
Present: Stephen Enoch, Robert Annelli, Peter Kolodziej and John Makuc
The meeting began at 3:35pm
1. The minutes from 3.7.11 were approved as written.
2. The Board reviewed revised plans for 18 Sylvan Rd. The Board didn’t have any issues with the revised proposal subject to a report of the existing well’s potability being provided to the Board. The applicant still needs to sign the application, provide their installer’s information and have the installer sign the application prior to a permit being issued.
3. Mail was reviewed.
4. Peter did an inspection today on Sandisfield Rd. The tenant does not have a fully functional stove (the oven doesn’t work) and the owner hasn’t fixed it. The tenant did state that a repair person was called in and a part was ordered but it turned out to not be the correct part. Peter is going to send a letter to the owner to put them on notice. Under the sanitary code, an owner occupied appliance has to be working properly.
5. The next scheduled meeting date falls on a holiday (4/18 - Patriot’s Day) so the Board will meet next on May 2nd at 3:30.
