MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: November 15, 2010
Present: Robert Annelli, Peter Kolodziej, Stephen Enoch and John Makuc
The meeting began at 3:30pm
1. The minutes from 10.18.10 were approved as written.
2. The Board reviewed the variance request for 149 Hupi Rd and responded to the ZBA. The plans as proposed do not present any issues relative to the Board of Health.
3. The Board reviewed a special permit application for 18 Sylvan Rd and held off on responding to the ZBA as White Engineering, the reps for the Mensi’s will be at the December 6th meeting. The Board had questions on how the attic space and garage were going to be used. The Board also wanted to know if both existing wells were going to be used or if one is going to be decommissioned.
4. The Board reviewed a tank replacement application for 53 Steven’s Lake and approved the application.
5. The Board will meet again on Monday, December 6th at 3:30pm.
