MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: March 15, 2010

The meeting began at 3:35pm
1. The minutes from 2.1 & 2.22.10 were approved as written.
2. The Board reviewed the Special Permit application for KSA requesting to be a year round camp/events center. They issued the following response: The Board of Health has no objections to the facility running year round but prior to a year round permit being issued the Board would like verification from DEP (Department of Environmental Protection) that compliance to all the conditions as stated in the January 20, 2009 Administrative Consent Order issued by DEP have been met.
3. The Board reviewed the septic upgrade plans for Camp Half Moon. They are going to wait until Peter Kolodziej returns before making any final decisions. The plans also need to show where the water lines are.
4. The Board filled out the alternate animal inspector nomination forms which were then notarized by M. Noe.
