MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: June 1, 2009
Present: John Makuc, Stephen Enoch, Robert Annelli and Peter Kolodziej
The meeting began at 3:44pm
1. The minutes from 5.18.09 were approved as written.
2. Mail was reviewed.
3. A written complaint about beavers on Sylvan Rd was discussed. The person complaining is not the owner of the land where the dam is located but they have been given several contacts to help with the issue. The Board of Health only gets involved if the beavers are going to be trapped (to issue a permit) or if there is a public safety concern. The Board of Health will make a site visit and responded to the letter.
4. The Board discussed the upcoming camp season and Peter let the Board know of the inspections scheduled.
5. The next meeting will be on June 15th.
