MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: November 17, 2008
Present: John Makuc, Robert Annelli, Stephen Enoch and Peter Kolodziej
Also Present: Jeremia Pollard (Town Counsel)
The meeting began at 3:30pm
At 3:45pm Roll call was taken by the Chair. All Board of Health members were present. A motion was made by John Makuc to go into executive session to discuss possible legal actions, seconded by Robert Annelli, and approved unanimously. It was agreed to return to an open meeting after deliberations.
- The minutes from 10/20/08 were approved as written.
- Mail was reviewed.
- M. Noe informed the Board that there were 52 participants in the flu shot clinic.
The meeting adjourned at 4:50pm
