MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: December 17, 2007
Present: Stephen Enoch, John Makuc, Robert Annelli and Peter Kolodziej
The meeting began at 3:45pm
1. Mail was reviewed.
2. Peter Kolodziej informed the Board that he has filed with the courts for a show cause hearing for Erik Kirchner, Title 5 Inspector and Philip Lombardo, owner of the Blue Heron Landing apartments.
3. Nora Hayes, ACO was asked to attend this meeting to discuss her recent request to be reimbursed for mileage but she did not respond, another request will be sent.
4. M. Noe confirmed with B. Gauthier that the $850 received from BRPC for the Board was put into a special revenue account that can be utilized until the funds are depleted.
5. The Board reviewed the packet from the BRPC regarding a Mutual Aid Agreement through the Western Region Homeland Security Advisory Council.
6. The Board decided to hold their Jan meeting on 1/14/08 and decide then if a 2nd meeting will be necessary or not.
7. John Makuc informed the Board that the ACO asked permission to use money from her expense account to help a lower income family in town spay/neuter their dog. John referred the family to an assistance program that is available. The Board agreed that the ACO expense account should be used for town related items.
