MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: August 6, 2007
Present: Stephen Enoch, John Makuc, Peter Kolodziej and Robert Annelli
The meeting began at 3:30pm
1. The minutes from 7.23.07 were approved as written.
2. Mail was reviewed.
3. Septic plans for the Warner residence at 90 Blue Hill Rd were reviewed and approved. Installer still needs to come sign the application before the permit can be issued.
4. Last weeks meeting was reviewed with regards to the contaminated well on Main Rd.
5. ACO procedures were discussed: one thing the board agreed on was that a backup ACO should be established for when the ACO is unavailable. J. Makuc will be meeting with the Select Board on 8/13/07 to discuss this further.
6. The ZBA Application for the Leavy’s was reviewed and a response was drafted to the ZBA. As long as the house remains 3 bedrooms the board can approve the plans as submitted.
7. The Rosenthal septic plans for Riverwood Way were reviewed again. Mike Parsons, Engineer was present to answer the board’s questions. Mike Parsons and Peter Kolodziej will walk the property together to see if there are any other options.
8. J. Makuc updated the board on the EDS efforts.
