BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: March 20, 2006
Present: Stephen Enoch, Melissa Noe (clerk), Peter Kolodziej, Robert Annelli, & John Makuc
The meeting began at 3:30pm
· Approved minutes as written from 2/27/06
· Discussed serving refreshments at the Cahill presentation on 3/22/06 at 1pm. Steve will get the coffee urn for the presentation and Melissa will pick up some snacks.
· Reviewed mail
· Reviewed septic plans for 6 Bidwell Rd – Sweeney Residence, new plans are going to be submitted
· The case was dismissed against Harvey Kaplan on Sylvan Rd because the tree was removed.
· It was mentioned that the Board should start considering our options and plan to attack the bird flu should the need arise
· Stephen is going to prepare an article to go in the Monterey News announcing our new Animal Control Officer after the 3/22/06 presentation so that the job responsibilities are clear
· More information was requested on the mutual aid agreement and the response from Amy Carey of BCBOHA was reviewed
