BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: February 27, 2006
Present: Stephen Enoch, Melissa Noe (clerk), Peter Kolodziej, Robert Annelli, & John Makuc
The meeting began at 3:40pm
· Approved minutes as written from 2/9/06
· Discussed serving refreshments at the Cahill presentation on 3/22/06 and everyone’s participation in the event. Peter discussed whether or not the state representatives should be invited so they are aware of the concerns of the participating towns. It was decided they should and Melissa will send out invitations tomorrow.
· Reviewed Warrant Article from the BCBOHA regarding entering into an intermunicipal agreement. The text was approved and will be given to the Select Board to add to the warrant for Town Meeting.
· Reviewed nomination sheets for additional animal inspectors and Stephen E. and John M. were added as alternates. These will be sent into the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources.
· Peter informed the board that the water pressure issue at Blue Heron has been fixed.
· The hearing for Kaplan on Sylvan Rd. is still set but Peter K. has not heard anything from the owner.
· Peter K. was speaking with the Building Commissioner about the letter from the Board of Health regarding the variance request from Gould Farm and some confusion regarding the usage. The board discussed the various options and interpretations.
