BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES

Members Present: Stephen Enoch, John Makuc, Melissa Noe (clerk), Robert Annelli
The meeting began at 3:45 pm
· Reviewed & approved minutes from 10/3/05
· Discussed changing the frequency of meeting times from 2 times a month to one, or using one of the meetings to schedule meetings with other departments and agencies such as the VNA. It was determined to keep it at 2 times a month and use the time more effectively.
· Discussed the option of recording the Board of Health meetings on audio in addition to the minutes.
· Leavitt: The communication between the BOH and ZBA wasn’t clear. A letter was sent to the ZBA and Leavitt’s to clarify a previous letter sent.
· The Board discussed the proposed well setback changes discussed at the 10/3/05 Public Meeting and voted on the proposed changes. There is an additional change suggested of 10ft from property, originally 30ft and 15ft from the dwelling, originally 50ft with regards to the property line setback and structure setback. Also an additional change to lake or riverfront from no change to 10ft and add to Utility Rights of Way, gas lines and electric transmission lines in excess of 50kv) It was unanimously approved by the Board to approve these changes.
